Hoy voy a hablar del libro Ciudades de Papel , escrita por John Green. Esta obra literaria representa el tercer libro de este escritor. Este libro fue best seller según el New York Times y aún en la actualidad sigue siendo una gran lectura para los jóvenes. La inspiración del escritor para el titulo de la obra es proveniente del nombre que se le otorga a las ciudades que se encuentran en mapas pero que realmente no existen, por ejemplo la población de Holen en Dakota del Sur. Su Autor es John Green, escritor estadounidense. El Género del libro es Juvenil. El Año de publicación es 2008 . El Idioma original es Inglés. Sus personajes principales son Quentin y Margot Roth Spiegelman. Narra la historia de un chico que está enamorado de un alma libre y que también es su mejor amiga de la infancia. Cuenta todo el viaje del chico junto a un grupo de amigos para poder encontrar a la protagonista cuando esta decide irse hacía una ciudad de papel. Quentin muestra una obsesión hacia Margo, algo enfermiza ya que él piensa en ella como su motor de vida. Ademas la novela enseña lo que es la fuerza de la amistad y su lazo invisible. Además que la manera de ver de los personajes centrales el tema de la muerte, que es narrado al comienzo. Nos permite pensar en el por qué del desarrollo de las personalidades de los personajes. La muerte como tema es tratado de manera permanente durante toda la trama. y se utilizan símbolos para describirlo, ejemplo, las cuerdas que se rompen. Está también la metáfora de los mapas en ciudades de papel, que simbolizan el empeño por tener el control dentro de un mundo con caos. En el caso de Margo, se siente incomprendida y secuestrada en este mundo falso y mediocre y emplea los mapas para encontrar su vía de escape a ese mundo. En cuanto a Quentin usa los mapas para lograr tener control de su día a día. Les recomiendo mucho leer esta asombrosa obra de este grandioso escritor, una de las mejores que he leído y también mi favorita.

Ow that sounds like a good book, not my style I'll admit but none the less interesting. My favorite book is The Champions Breakfast (Desayuno de Campeones) by Will Cuppy, it's one of it's masterpieces.
